Arno Kemp is a seasoned leadership coach with a Master’s in Training & Adult Learning, ICF (ACC) certified, and a certified Enneagram practitioner. He’s worked with leaders in start-ups, tech, banking, and financial services; helping them step confidently into leadership, navigate rapid growth, and inspire high-performing teams.

With over 30 years’ professional experience in regions like EMEA and North America, Arno understands the intense pressures of leading in fast-paced, multicultural, and highly regulated environments and knows exactly how to help leaders thrive in them.
